I am a multipassionate, purpose-driven professional dedicated to promoting health of mind, body, and heart through therapeutic lifestyle changes. I have over a decade of experience with behavior change, working as a former animal trainer, mental health professional, and fitness coach.
I have personally experienced and witnessed the transformational results of my clients using lifestyle medicine in my roles as both a fitness and behavioral health professional. I have made it my mission to be part of a global movement to restore health through empowering lifestyle transformations with positive health habits.
The Mind-Body-Thrive Lifestyle was created as my way to begin sharing effective methods of healthy living in an entertaining and engaging way to cultivating positive lifestyle changes!
I have worked as a Clinician Well-Being Coach and as a Health Educator at a hospital systems, where I help provide wellness programs and support to over 23,000 team members. I am also honored to serve on the Medical Advisory Council at the Lake Nona Performance Club and hold a leadership role as Secretary for the Fitness and Medicine group with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Upon graduating with my Masters in Clinical Psychology, I became a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, holding my board certification as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional and I am currently working to complete my board certification in Health & Wellness Coaching.
With a background that spans mental health counseling and fitness coaching, I created the Mind-Body-Thrive Lifestyle to provide solutions to sustainable health behavior change. My passion is helping you reclaim your health through building positive habits and guiding you to design a life in which you thrive!
